SketchUp vs. Vectorworks
This is aimed at people who currently hand-draw and/or use limited CAD and 3D modelling software in their workflow. It’s designed to give you an overview of what each piece of software does and whether it’s right for you and the way you want to run your design business.
We’ll give you an honest account of SketchUp, LayOut and Vectorworks, showing their flaws as well as their advantages - we use them all (as well as others like Procreate and Morpholio Trace) and do not have an agenda to push with regards to what others should use, so will be giving frank answers to help you find the best way forwards.
This will be around an hour long, with around 15 minutes looking at each bit of software and then enough time at the end for questions
This takes place on Friday 20th June at 1pm BST
